OneNote notebooks are automatically created when you create a SharePoint site or Team and is accessible by all members added to the site or team. You can connect OneNote to other Microsoft Office products as well for example, OneNote can pull meeting information from your Outlook calendar so that you can take notes and then send those notes to the meeting participants.
